12 Buckets Inc

A non-government funded program funded through events and donations, the 12 Buckets Program connects at-risk and disadvantaged children in Perth’s northern suburbs with the skills, support and connections needed to build a strong future. Over the last 6 years, 12 Buckets has provided a primary school program, staffing a School Liaison position in each of the 4 schools it partners with. The School Liaison’s recruit, train and supervise a team of volunteer mentors who work with referred children and they also coordinate additional enrichment programs. These additional programs include a Basketball Program, University Aspiration Program and a Debating Program.

121 Care Inc

121 Care is an accredited not for profit charity that provides in home support for people with chronic and severe disabilities throughout south east Queensland. We have been providing these supports for over 25 years. Our organisation was initially established by two people with spinal injuries to allow them to live independently. It is managed by a committee that is comprised of 70% people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Client choice and control is the central principle of the services that we provide. We actively empower all our clients to maximise their independence by providing individualised services that meet their specific needs. We also provide holiday care and support for people with disabilities who are on holidays. 121 Care also provides an accessible van which is available for our clients to use so that they can take holidays, visit locations with families and friends and access the community. 300 Blankets is a not for profit charity who provides support to people experiencing homelessness. We are a 100% volunteer organisation that aims to provide support through three key areas: blankets, homeless outreach, and food security.

Blankets: 300 Blankets is the biggest donors of blankets for the local soup vans and also provide blankets for a wide range of charities and homeless services to ensure that they are always equipped to provide people with the warmth of a blanket.

Homeless Outreach Program: 300 Blankets operates a twice weekly volunteer outreach program in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The outreach program reaches out and engages with people sleeping rough to provide support and material aid.

Food Security: 300 Blankets also operates a weekly soup kitchen – Soul Kitchen -in the western suburbs of Melbourne to provide opportunities to make a direct impact on families and individuals at risk or are experiencing homelessness.

At 360 we use any profits we make to help deliver free and low cost services to people across WA who need them most.
These services currently include over 80 programs addressing a range of health and social issues, such as 360 Street Doctor, a mobile GP clinic which provides free services to people who are homeless, Partners in Recovery, a service to support those with severe mental health issues and the Healthy Lifestyle Program, helping those at high risk of developing chronic disease.
