We run a kid's club once a fortnight for indigenous kids and their families.

Alice Springs Youth Accommodation & Support Services Inc

We are the only youth specific charity in the Northern Territory. We have been a registered charity since 1990. We have 4 shelters and a Drop In Centre.

The ASYASS model has many components focusing on early intervention, brief interventions, intensive case management and life skills development. Our 4 shelters service young people 10 to 24 years of age. We have a Crisis Refuge, a Mums and Bubs Refuge that assists young mothers, a House devoted to Complex needs and Transitional housing. The Drop In centre provides out reach and a number of services including clothing, food and assistance to access school, work and medical facilities.

All About Living Inc. provides weekly in home care, nursing and support for 1100 people who are vulnerable including the aged, frail, veterans and people who live with disability. Our mission is to help people to live as part of their own community, through a consumer directed care service model that promotes choice, support and community connection.

We have refugees and migrants who we help to assimilate into our community, homeless people and people on Centrelink payments. Allison House Student Accommodation Inc

We encourage foster and assist parents of the remote outback of Far West NSW who live on isolated properties or in isolated small towns to obtain a secondary education for their children through the provision of Hostel and pastoral services. Allison House employs suitably qualified personnel to assist the volunteers who run and maintain the hostel on a day to day basis.

Alma Road Community Care Unit (ARCC) is part of Alfred Health, a Victorian public health service. ARCC provides 24/7 clinical care, including assessment, treatment and case management support to adults aged 25-64 years experiencing serious mental illness and living in the Inner Southeast of Melbourne. Alta-1 College (WA)

Alta-1 College is a multi-sited CARE School that provides alternative education for young people who struggle to engage with mainstream schooling. The College provides relational and flexible curriculum, that is student focused to help address Social, Emotional and Psychological issues, whilst regaining an academic pathway towards secondary school graduation.

Alta-1 Targeted Engagement Programme (TEP)

The TEP Program is for Youth ages 12-16 who are severely disengaged and been involved in Crime, some having spent time in Prison.
A Youth Engagement Worker's role is to mentor 6-8 youth at a time with four components.
- Significant relationship building
- Personal Recovery program
- Education
- Good Deeds (community service)
The program runs for 10- 15 weeks, some youth stay longer with a view that it is a bridge to a new pathway.
Majority of these students do not have family support and do not have their basic needs met.
Often the YEW is required to access housing, food, clothing, bedding and personal items for the young person.
TEP works in collaboration with the Juvenile Justice Team, Education Department and Youth Police.




Althea Projects Inc.

Althea Projects Inc. - The Townsville Drop In Centre TDIC current clientele is predominately people experiencing or at risk of homelessness or poverty.
In addition to funding service agreement requirements (Housing Referrals, and Community & Home Care Support Program), the TDIC provides space for people to access basic human needs such as food/meals, day time shelter, connection with others, personal hygiene care (showers, toilets, washing machines), medical care (doctor/nurse), emergency relief (food, financial, materials) plus opportunity for clients to contribute to the upkeep of the Centre through centre-based paid jobs (i.e. cleaning) or paid project work.

The TDIC extends to a Hub where by key community and government agencies provide locum services within the Centre (i.e. Centrelink, Redcross, Anglicare, HOTT) or utilise the centre as a place to meet and hold cross organisational meetings to discuss matters associated with people who are experiencing homelessness
