Aboriginal woman requires sofa bed for new home
Our service is supporting aAboriginal woman to establish her new home. She is moving into a one bedroom unit, which does not accommodate her son. Her son lives with relatives, but often spends weekends with his mother and they share a very close bond. In order to assist her in maintaining a strong relationship with her young son, our client requires a sofa bed or futon to allow for adequate sleeping arrangements. Woman has experienced long term homelessness, hardships and adversity - including family and domestic violence. Assistance to build a safe home for her and her son would be much appreciated.
