60 year old woman with a history of traumatic events and domestic violence.
This woman has left a domestic violence relationship. Her sole income is the disability pension. She has a precancerous lump in her breast but will be operated on when her surgeon considers her health robust enough.
Long term PTSD since her parents were poisoned with arsenic overseas. Immigrated to Australia in 2005 and received disability pension.
She was unable to bring any furniture with her and now that she has been allocated a Public Housing unit she needs some furniture. She is on limited income and her pension does not go far enough to buy furniture.
She has temporarily borrowed a few items of furniture however it needs to be returned. She pays $30 fortnight to Centrelink to pay off the security camera they installed for her.
