Young family with newborn struggling with impact of storm damage to home

Young family with a newborn and 2 yr old who were impacted by the Feb 2024 storms lost over 80% of their personal belongings and essential items when the roof of their home caved in during the Feb 2024 storms causing the house to flood.
As they had only just moved in to their home, most of their belongings were still in packing boxes and got moldy when the storm hit. As a result, they have had to get rid of all of these belongings and have not had the financial means to replace all of them.
Their financials have also been impacted by a loss of income due to unpaid unemployment resulting from a workplace injury and time off taken to recover leading to huge utility bills with a combined excess of $4000.
They now have a newborn who is five days old and they do not have enough clothes, toys and books for their children. They have lost their personal belongings like clothes, furniture, appliances, beds etc and have only been able to replace 20% of these till date.
