They are from a CALD background and they don't have many informal supports. There is no contact with her son's biological father due to domestic violence issues. She is often fearful of leaving the house.
Her son is often very dysregulated at home - slamming doors, yelling and becoming upset. He only tends to sleep for 5 hours per night, waking often. She is at risk of carers burnout.
